13th Annual Lake Chelan Poker Run. The current schedules and uncertainty regarding social distancing rules, crowd size and other guidelines to control the Covid-19 virus has made it necessary to cancel the 2020 Lake Chelan Boating Club Poker Run. A poker run is an organized event in which participants, usually using motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, boats, snowmobiles, horses, on foot or other means of transportation, must visit five to seven checkpoints, drawing a playing card at each one. The Lions Lake Martin Charity Poker Run is still on for July 18, 2020. A few modification have been made to ensure the safety of everyone. This does include a route change so everyone is encouraged to visit the event link for details and registration. The Lake to Lake Charity Bicycle Ride and Poker Run includes 100k, 75k, and 50K routes through the rolling hills of New Haven and Litchfield counties. The 25 k is designed as a family fun ride.   Naturalist Presentations & Guided Nature Tours

  Naturalist Marianne Hudson fills the Naturalist Cabin at Russell Crossroads with children and adults to see and listen to her lively nature presentations with critters, insects, snakes and fowl, just to mention a few. There is never a dull moment with this wildlife biologist as she educates others on the beauty of nature in the wild and the outdoor classroom.   Wind your busy week down on the Town Green at Russell Crossroads with live music, lawn games and time with the family & friends! Come join us from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm every Friday (some exceptions, see the full schedule for details).

  WINE TASTINGS 5–7PM Every Friday beginning May

  The tastings are usually well-stocked with tables full of friends, conversation and laughter. The tasting is only $5, and if you purchase a bottle from that night's selections, we'll apply the $5 to your purchase. How cool is that?

  Yoga on the Green Saturdays from May through September

  Join us at 7:00 am Saturdays during the summer season for Yoga On The Green. With The Stables as a backdrop, the Town Green is the perfect place to discover your inner being. Great for beginners and the experienced. Yoga on The Green is suited for both beginners and the experienced; just bring your watter bottle and mat.
